Patients may express a preference to see a specific doctor, where possible this will be accommodated.
If you feel you need a priority appointment as you are in a vulnerable group e.g. Identified carer, frail or housebound – please let us know
Please note it is the patients’ responsibility to inform us if they cannot keep booked appointments. Appointment cancellations can be made either by telephone or by using our online services.
Please be aware that from 1st July 2018 there will be no walk-in surgery.
From this date patients will be able to contact our doctors online to get advice and help.
The surgery is now able to offer telephone consultations. These appointments are available at the end of normal morning surgery.
An Interpreting service is now available for patients. If an interpreter is needed for a consultation please let reception know when booking an appointment.
